As a Reservations Supervisor you will help oversee everyday CRO reservations and ensure timely process and participate in all hotel planning meetings. You will help optimize occupancy and average room rates; applies the hotel and brand's pricing policies; implements the Revenue Management policy. Help everyday sales reservation team members, evaluate sales calls, and provide efficient training program to team members for all reservation activities and ensure courteous manner to ensure smooth working relationship. Coordinate with front desk and ensure response to all special guest requests and make all reservations appropriately for all guests

You will assist reservation team members to resolve guest issues and recommend appropriate measures where required and process all electronic reservations and ensure accuracy in same. Maximize on productivity of staff and ensure achievement of all departmental goals. Maintain accuracy of all booking records and ensure compliance to all guest demands and manage all enquiries and provide response within required timeframe. The ideal candidate must have at least 4 years relevant work experience with having 1 year in a supervisory role in a 4 or 5 star hotel property. Guest oriented and service minded, good listening and analytical skills, attentive Commercial know-how. Confident speaking skills and excellent telephone manner. You will need to be flexible with working hours and having knowledge of OPERA & HOLIDEX system is preferred.
