Payment Services Manager - #39713
Partner with your regional payment services leader to implement your regional payroll strategy
Enforce policies, procedures and standards throughout the region and within the local regulatory context of each country.
Partner with in-country stakeholders and payroll providers to develop the annual payment schedule for all countries in the region.
Oversee a team of payment services analysts who perform payroll reviews for each payroll, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payroll activities, while maintaining compliance.
Manage, train and develop the Payment Services team.
Analyze consolidated payroll entries and provide final payroll approval for processing, including off cycles
Conduct regular audits of payroll results, including pay records, tax returns and payments, bank files, etc.
Partner with the payroll provider to review and approve reporting obligations, including year-end statements, tax returns, etc.
- 5 or more years of experience with payroll in a variety of countries in the region
- Experience leading and managing payroll teams
- Knowledge and experience with payroll and time / attendance technologies.
