What do we expect from you?
As Sales Administration Coordinator, you will be working closely with the Retail team & Operations Manager, in coordination with the Sales Administration team and different departments within the Maison. You will be the main link between internal boutiques in UAE & KSA and the Central Sales Administration team.
You will develop a reservations tracker between Sales Administration and boutiques, record all the reservations taken by Sales Associates in an excel format, analyze the data based on the FIFO method and replenish the stock to the boutiques.
As a part of your journey, you will communicate with the internal boutiques with regards to product availability, delivery timing, open reservations, transfers to the boutique, etc. You will also validate the orders with the stock admins, and be in contact with the Retail Back Office in case of any new process.
You will follow up with the inbound team on stock reception in NSI, check the data against all open reservations, ensure Maison’s Commercial policies and Group’s Retail Compliance rules are respected, and you will coordinate with the logistics team to organize transportation for delivery of the pieces to the boutique.
This role will also include weekly reporting of reservations to the management.
You will be the Ambassador of Maison at all levels!
